In light of the recent release of our latest print issue, International Engagement on Cyber IV: A Post-Snowden Cyberspace, the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs is proud to partner with the Georgetown International Relations Club to host a panel on the practice of Sino-American cybercrime and its implications on the future diplomatic relationship between China and the United States. To discuss this issue, we are pleased to welcome Robert Daly of the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Michael D. Swaine of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Asia Program, and Samuel S. Visner of ICF International and Georgetown University’s Science, Technology and International Affairs (STIA) Program.
